Tile a Floor

Quaint Leaf and Tartan Boxes

Supplies

Artificial leafy branches
Tartan Ribbon With Wire
Sheers
Low Heat Glue Gun
Styrofoam Block

Steps

1) Clip the leaves off of the branch. The larger leaves will be used most, smaller ones will be used to fill in any gaps.

2) In the bottom right corner glue the first leaf, with the pointed end down, angled into the center of the block.

3) Continue gluing the leaves on an angle, make sure you overlap the leaf that is below to cover the stem.

4) When you come to an edge or corner, place the leaf on the block to find where it will bend. Remove the leaf and fold it in half to create a crease, this will make gluing much easier and will give you a crisp edge.

5) Continue on 5 sides of the box leaving the bottom untouched so it will lay flat on a surface.

6) Cut ribbon to length and tie in a knot, A small dab of glue on either side of the knot will keep it from slipping.

7) Make a bow and shape the wire so it does not lay flat on the box.

8) Optional-Use green flowers or moss, and different color ribbons.
